How to play
Choose a championship or player award category. Two entries appear side by side. You can see how many championships the first one has won; the second one's total is hidden. Decide whether the second team has won more or fewer titles. Get it right and the hidden team slides over, a new challenger appears and your streak grows. One wrong answer ends the run.
Title categories cover five competitions: NBA franchises, WNBA teams, ABA clubs and NCAA men's and women's programs. Two teams in a matchup never have the same number of titles, so there is always a right answer. Each category has a separate best streak saved in your browser. Award categories use the MVP archives. Only recorded totals are compared; missing records do not mean zero.
Good to know
- NBA titles are counted by franchise, so the Minneapolis Lakers' championships count for the Los Angeles Lakers.
- College titles are NCAA Division I tournament championships only.
- Every number comes from our champions lists: NBA, WNBA, ABA, NCAA men and NCAA women.
